The Mishra Lab is delighted to announce that Ekta Mishra and Phu Nguyen have joined our lab as summer students for 2022!
Ekta is currently conducting a systematic review of HIV treatment cascade adherence in female sex workers in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is an undergraduate student in the Arts and Science program at McMaster University with keen interests in statistics, economics, film and political theory.
Phu recently completed his undergrad from the University of Guelph and is an incoming Public Health graduate student at the University of British Columbia. He has previously worked in the fields of psychiatry and epidemiology and will be joining our team to evaluate the utility of wastewater as a surveillance tool for COVID-19 across Ontario.
