Our Team

Our core team is composed of members from various academic and research backgrounds. Many of our projects are “team-based” which means that they are led by one member but other members provide their expertise and assistance as needed. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to leverage each other’s strengths and also brings a diversity of perspectives to our projects. Our wider network of collaborators share diverse expertise and we love working (listening, talking, brainstorming) across silos and scientific disciplines! A key feature of our team is having each other’s back and creating an open and transparent space to question our work – especially our assumptions and logic.
