Dariya worked with the lab from 2020 to 2022 during her undergraduate medical training at the University of Toronto. She first joined the lab as a summer research student, then via the UofT Work-Study Program as a Junior Spatial Epidemiologist. She conducted literature reviews, data cleaning and data management, and spatial analyses for a series of projects related to COVID-19, and has co-authored papers with the team from her work with the lab.
Dariya is now training in the Community and Preventive Medicine Residency Program at the University of Toronto.
